BAMBÚ

Fa ja alguna setmana, en una de les fotografies de Shanghai, apareixia una bastida de bambú i comentava breument la gran resistència d'aquest material. Doncs bé, convé afegir, apart de la gran resistència, una extraordinària flexibilitat, tal i com podeu veure a la foto.

I ja de pas, aprofito per comentar que més impressionant que la força del bambú és la força d'aquests homes que pugen amb les seves espatlles o bé aquells qui no volen caminar o bé allò que posteriorment es pot comprar als albergs al cim de la muntanya. Aquí sí, amb raó tot és car...

BAMBOO

Some weeks ago, in one of the pictures of Shanghai, you could see a bamboo scaffold and I briefly commented its strength. well, now we need to add to that quality, another one: flexibility (as you might appreciate in the picture).

And at the same time, I take the chance to say that even more impressive than bamboo's strength is these men's strength! Just with their shoulders and the help of bamboo, they carry up the mountain either those who don't want to walk or the food and drinks you can buy at the hostels once at the top. Here, the food does have a reason to be expensive...
