EXPLORANT NANJING

Després d'unes quantes sortides de cap de setmana, toca repòs i exploració de la ciutat on visc... Sovint passa que allò que tenim més aprop és el que més desconeixem, i no pot ser.

Avui al matí hem fet una escapada al temple de la Roca del Lleó, on s'alça la torre Yuejiang. Actualment la torre serveix d'atracció i "museu" d'una de les dinasties més fructíferes de la història de la Xina, la dinastia Ming. A més, un cop a dalt es pot gaudir d'unes bones vistes de la ciutat i del riu Yangtse.

EXPLORING NANJING

After some weekend trips, it is time to rest and explore the city I live in... It usually happens that what is closer to us stays unknown, and it shouldn't be like that.

This morning we went to the Lion Rock Temple, where the we visited the Yuejiang Tower. Nowadays the Tower is used as a tourist attraction and as a "museum" about the Ming dinasty, one of the most fruitful dinasties in China's history. On top of that, once up there you can enjoy a nice view of the city's skyline and the Yangtse river.
